Meditation

According to Neuroscience, people who have meditated for a long time modify their neuronal configuration. Try starting by simply bringing your attention to your breath. The thoughts will come back again and again and you, again and again, will bring your attention back to your breath! Deep relaxation

The end of the day is an excellent time to go bed, ensuring a good quality of sleep. There are several methods, I invite you to practice with me, you will be able to completely relax consciously.
